EHAI Primary Course in Food Safety Level 2This very popular course trains food workers in the knowledge and skills of Food Safety and HACCP. It is designed by Environmental Health Officers and is recognized as Gold Standard by Employers and Enforcement Authorities.
It complies with the Legal Obligation (EC) 852/2004 that all food workers be trained, commensurate with their work activities. It is also aligned to the FSAI Level 2 guidelines. |
